PROOFING ID CARDS & SPECIALTY BADGES
Each year studios are responsible for proofing each accounts ID cards and specialty badges
Once a PIT file has been approved, it will be stored on Drive within the account's onsite folder
The PIT will not change from year to year. The lab will update the PNG each year
If a school is not making any changes to their card, proof packets will be automatically approved at the branch level
This will include most ES, MS, & JH schools
This can include HS if they are not typically concerned by the card layout
If the card is custom or you know the administration has strong opinions, samples are sent to the school
For new schools, samples will be sent to the school

JOB BOX & ID CARD SUMMARIES
Print a Summary Page for each job out of Salesforce before the start of UG season
Open each active UG account
Click on Summary Page
Highlight all text and ID images
Hold down the Ctrl and P buttons to bring up the print screen
Click on More Settings
Change the Options to Selection Only
Click Print
COMPUTER IMAGING
RESETTING COMPUTERS TO UG STANDARDS WITHOUT IMAGING
Ensure all jobs in Completed Jobs are on back up server and then delete
Run Windows Updates (this may need to install & restart multiple times)
Update desktop background
Rename the onsite resources folder with the correct school year
Update master TNJ (correct version is labeled “22-23 Blank Master 7_19_22”) and update employee pit file in onsite resources
Delete any downloaded files in the Downloads folder
Empty Recycle Bin
Open CapturePost and change settings back to UG (image processing & guides) and double check that save to camera card under Camera is correct
Run Disk Cleanup - this should be a tile in your start menu, if not search for Disk Cleanup. Then click button for Clean Up System Files and let it run scan again, select all checkboxes and OK and then Delete Files
Run Disk Defrag – this should be a tile in your start menu, if not search for Defragment and Optimize Drives and click on Optimize
Run Windows Updates one more time
Optional settings checks:
Lightroom Settings
Log out of Dorian emails from Google Chrome
Give the laptop a wipe down while Windows Updates
Update any barcodes taped to the laptop due to wear and tear
