Using Timestone Software
Data viewed in Neopack is commonly referred to as "the job" (as opposed to csv data).
Similarly, you'll find co workers referring to Neopack as "Timestone" or "SQL (sequel)."
Overview
Data uploaded on DorianOps is sent to the lab's database.
The database subjects are viewed and manipulated through Timestone's NeoPack software.
Timestone is used to issue unique IDs, tie images to subjects, fulfill orders, issue refunds, create service items and camera cards, etc...
The next step for most jobs is to create a "TNJ" file and camera cards.
TNJs are a snapshot of the database for a particular job
Camera Cards are scanned before a photo is taken in order to tie that image to their data
This is all the second part of the Upload process.
The buttons, to the right, walk-through the process for each job type.

The Table below illustrates which files you need to export from Timestone.
90 percent of the time, you will export a TNJ file and Camera Cards.
These are integral to almost all photoshoots.
