Uploading
Overview
After data is cleaned and converted to a CSV, Data Team uploads using Dorian's Employee Web, aka DorianOps DataLoad
DorianOps uses Timestone Job Keys to directly upload into the job
Before executing an upload, you may use DataLoad to pad subjects' ID numbers and assign a package sort

Getting Ready
Screen 1: Ready for Upload + Processed Data + Completed TNJ
Screen 2: Drive + Data Chase + Dorian Ops
Checking CSV
In RFU select a CSV and open the work order (found in the folder Data Prep Work Orders)
Ensure headers are correct on csv
Refer to work order to ensure csv includes required sorts, validations, ID numbers, tprefix, and/or other custom school data
File Path to processed data:
\\nas\groups\Data Entry\23-24 Processed Data
Moving CSV
Move the CSV into “23-24 Processed Data” folder within the correct school folder
Check if there is a STF only day in the folder, if so, follow this guide to roll data from a previous shoot
DataLoad
Search for the Job ID on the Dorian Employee Web
Navigate to the Job tab on the left. Search the job ID. Click on Data tab.
Load CSV by dragging and dropping into file or you can browse for the csv
Input Padding Characters and ID Length (If any)
Input Package Sort (Leave blank if Alpha)
Click Submit
Next, click on Details tab -> Job Actions -> select Print Camera Cards
Navigate to the Timestone training page appropriate for the job type
Once a csv is submitted a green notification will signify the upload is in progress. Another green notification signify a successful upload or error.
