Spring Track Schools

In Spring, we will receive data for the whole school rather than just the tracks photographed like in Fall. However, this is a double-edged sword because we have to split the data by tracks so that marketing can go out correctly.

Unlike Fall, in Spring we have to load data into each job individually because reports are run on picture day to determine who has ordered and thus who we will photograph.

Because of this, we will need to load the relevant students/tracks into the corresponding Job ID. We are already splitting the files for marketing which makes this step a bit easier. 

From there we just treat these jobs like normal, we can create the camera cards from Dorian Ops because all the subjects in the job are from that Track(s) and we won't be producing useless camera cards for no reason. This benefits the branch and the data team as we are giving the branch exactly what they need, and we can create the files for track schools and allow them to go along the pipeline just like normal.
