NOTIFICATIONS FROM THE AUTOCLEANER

While using the AutoCleaner, you may encounter two different notifications 

The program will notify when the cells that are likely to contain a chosen name and highlight in blue. 

The program will notify when someone in the data set is missing a first name, last name, or grade. Those rows will be highlighted in yellow.

If a record does not have a grade distinction, it will not have a background distinction either. Make sure to add that in after fixing the grade field.

This data set had both a chosen name and records without a recognized grade level. 

• The grades for all of the records in yellow will need to be changed to a standard grade so that they can be correctly foldered by Timestone. 

• They will need a background added as well

• When you save the file as a .csv, the fill colors will be removed from the document and will not interfere with the uploading process

• For names highlighted in blue, create a new column "ChosenName" and move the extra name into it

• After making these changes, double check the document then save it as a csv
