Deposits will be uploaded in November and invoices beginning in May. Each Dorian yearbook specialists will download the invoice and email to the school yearbook adviser.

This form is used after original invoices have been created to make changes to an existing invoice or to invoice for additional books/stickers. Once the request is submitted, an invoice will be generated and placed in the appropriate invoice folder above. The Dorian staff submitting the request is responsible for sending the new/updated invoice to the yearbook adviser. 

Payments that have been received and processed by the Accounting Department are recorded in Salesforce. Each branch has their own report designed to help track yearbook payments.
