Manually Uploading to Timestone

To perform a manual update to Timestone, click on "Subjects", then "Import text file"

Next, find the data file to update our job with. This part can be tedious because you cannot search processed data by school name.

One way around this is to move the file to your desktop so that it is easier to find.

Once you find the correct file, click "Setup" in the bottom left corner. Here you will ensure the imported fields match the order they appear in the .csv.

In the setup screen, place a number by each field corresponding to where it appears in the .csv

Choose what the data will be foldered by referencing the index numbers you entered in the setup subjects popup box

These must be identical. When uploading manually, Timestone does not look at headers.

IMPORTANT NOTE: After manually importing into the job, there will be a line entry in Timestone that contains all of the headers from the original file. Find and delete this line/subject from the Timestone job. Leaving this line/subject in the Timestone job could cause problems down the line when trying to match IDCUSTs across jobs.

When all of your fields are indexed correctly, hit "Ok" and then import the data into the job
