CREATING BUTTONS FOR AUTOCLEANER FUNCTIONS

Set up a Ribbon Tab

This is not necessary to use the AutoCleaner, but will help those that do not like using key bindings

• Open a blank Excel File

• Click File

• Click Options in the bottom left corner

• Click on Customize Ribbon

• The menu on the left shows the current tabs on your ribbon

• To edit, drag and drop the tabs in whichever order you would like

• You can create new tabs with different tools using the New Tab button

• Click OK in the bottom right corner to save your selections

• Select Macros from the dropdown list to bring up a list of macros included in the AutoCleaner

Highlight the tab you want the Macros button to go into and click Add

Highlight the tab you want the Macros button to go into and click Add

• Edit the Ribbon Name by right clicking on the macro and clicking Rename 

• Name the button and choose an icon
