PRODUCTS
Information on products produced by the lab can be found in the Products tab.
From the dropdown Menu, you can limit the products viewed by selecting the appropriate list.
Activity - products that can be created from an ACT job
Digital Service Items - electronic image files created from a UG job
Print Service Items - printed service items created from a UG job
Specialty Products - printed service items not tied to a picture day
From the search bar on the right you can look for specific products
Keep the search term as broad as possible; 8x10 for example
Once you've narrowed the list, you can sort by any of the column headers
To ensure you're selecting a product that will appear on a job's work order, make sure the Product Family matches the job type
By clicking on the product, you can access the Related tab showing other schools that have this product assigned
If the product you've selected has no other schools using it, you may want to reach out to that lab department and make sure it's an active product
