Branch Order Items
Branch order items are placed by creating a NEW order item within your branch account.
To place a NEW Branch Order
Find your branch (studio) account in Salesforce
Look on the related page for Branch Orders (Account)
To create a new order click the New button.
Fill in all of the required boxes inside the Branch Order Edit window
Contact is the information for the person placing the order. They will be contacted with any questions and will be the attention person on the order.
Deliver to Account is used if an order is to be delivered to a school instead of the branch location
Update Status to Confirmed after you have entered all of the individual items you are ordering
The lab will update Shipping Date, Shipping Method, and Shipment Tracking.
Click Save when complete.
CLONE an Existing Order
Click on the Order Number of an existing order
Update any changes to quantity, contact information, or notes
Click Save
After creating a the branch order, click on the Order Number to view order details and shipping information, once available
