Jobs
Set up both original and retake day as Undergraduate/Composite
Request updated data for retake days for all composite schools
If a composite school does not have a retake day, add a job note to the original day "No RTK day – Start composites process after ORG day"
Service Items
For 8x10 class composites and staff composites produced after an Undergraduate/Composite job, you do not have to enter any service items
The “Composite Copies” service item can be added to a school to indicate any special notes that need to be communicated to the composite team (ex. Composites for grades 6-8 are all grade level)
For larger prints select the Composite Board (Size) (frame or no frame) service item. This is typically for a staff composite or grade level.
PROOF HQ
Composites are proofed before printing via Proof HQ
Approximately 14 days after the retake job is checked in, the lab will create composite poofs and upload them to Proof HQ
The composite proof will be sent to both you and the school contact from notification@dorian.proofhq.com
Recipients have 14 days to proof their composite before additional reminders are sent.
Once the proofing process is complete for all classrooms, the lab will remove the proofs from the site, make requested changes, print orders, and ship to the school

Teacher:

Ship to:
Composite corrections are time-consuming and costly. First attempt to only reprint for the student affected.
Remember to have the principal book reprinted if appropriate
Proof Completion Process
Composite jobs are tracked using a shared spreadsheet with the lab Composite Progress Tracking
Once all proofs for a school are complete, the OM will mark it as "done" on their specific branch tab which will automatically add it to the Lab Use tab
Check-in will monitor the Lab Use tab and check the job in to start the correction process
If you have any changes once the composite is marked as "done" you will need to email Lindsay Turner
