FIXING ID CARD PRINTERS
Fixing the Zebra printers can be a frustrating and difficult task. Below are some guides that should help you solve the most common issues or at the very least, exhaust all possible solutions before sending the printer in for repair.
*Only use the guide for the model of printer that you're fixing as the instructions for each are slightly different*
Equipment Issue Report Form
If you are unable to resolve the printer issue at the studio, ship it to Mission attn: Noah Edmonds
Complete an Equipment Issue Report Form and include inside the box.Â
Be as descriptive as you can; what issues are you seeing and what steps have you taken to resolve them?
Select Yes in the Need Replacement box if you would like a replacement printer shipped to your studio
Select No in the Need Replacement box if the printer can be kept as an extra
If you suspect a print head issue, please take a photo of the printed cards and email to Noah Edmonds
Once verified, a replacement print head will be shipped to the branch
